Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa came into existence on 7th October 2016 after the conversion of Rajendra Agricultural University, Pusa, a state agricultural university, which was established in 1970 by Govt. of Bihar a historical place where the idea of agricultural research and education first took shape.
